Our ballet classes provide open work to focus on the classical technique of posture, turn-out, strength, flexibility, turns and leaps. Sparkles

Sparkles is our 3 year old programme which encourages musicality, free-movement and a basic introduction to dance in a weekly 30 minute class.

Stretch class is a weekly 45 minute class which is offered to competition students.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning is a 45 minute/1 hour class which is offered to competition students.

This class challenges students to increase strength and stamina in their dancing. Read more..

Adult Classes

Our Academy currently offers a weekly 45 minute adult jazz class.

This class is elementary level and is an open class. Typically, a class would include a warm-up, progressions, open routine and stretch. Read more..
