The Victoria Phillips Academy follows the state secondary school terms which are usually 9-10 weeks long but can sometimes vary between 8 and 12 weeks.

Term 4 is the shortest term due to the annual performance, but it includes 3 extra dress rehearsals in addition to weekly classes.

  • All term fees are strictly payable on invoice, in advance for each term.
  • All public holidays are observed and are accounted for within the fee structure.
  • No refunds will be made once lessons have begun unless for medical reasons. If so, an administration charge of 2 weeks of fees will be deducted.
  • Cancellation within two weeks of commencement date incurs a booking fee of 2 weeks of classes.
  • Make up lessons will be given, for sickness only, if you notify the Academy prior to the start of the lesson. These are limited to two per term.
